To Secure Booking

£30 Booking fee is required to secure all bookings except vitamin injection.  This will be taken off the final bill.  This is non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  To accommodate our clients and our team, we kindly as for a least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.  Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
